General Information

Librarians at Hoover Library are committed to their shared role with the faculty in preparing students to engage in the academic research process. This continues regardless of whether our students are on campus or distance learning!

For any questions or concerns regarding safety in the library, please contact David Brennan and Elizabeth Davidson

On-Demand Online Research Support

During the college closure, the library is offering both online instructional support and maintaining our regular hours of research support for students.

For specific questions about the research support that the college is providing, please contact Elizabeth Davidson.

For questions regarding library instruction, please contact Loretta Spangler.

For questions regarding accessing the library collection, please contact Peggy Klinge.

Scheduling Research Consultations

While the library is not offering in-person research consultations, students are encouraged to individually contact their librarians to schedule a phone- or video-conference consultation with them. The library staff will do everything they can to accommodate individual student technology needs and limitations.
