Sometimes you might need an article that isn't owned by the library. Did you know we can often get that item for you, free of charge? Interlibrary Loan or ILL is a service provided by the library where we will try to locate and order your materials for you, free of charge.

Here are some things to know about ILL:

• Normal turnaround time for receipt of ILL articles is about one week.
• During peak periods, backlogs may develop causing some delays. We recommend that needed materials be requested early in the semester for best results.
• We will order any material you request for your research, however, most libraries won’t lend audio-visual materials, dissertations, reserve items, or reference materials.

You can request articles through the Illiad system.
