Taking Notes from Digital Sources

Unlike print publications, digital sources are liable to change at any time. For that reason it's important to gather any material you might want to use from a digital source at the time you access it. If you think you might want to quote, paraphrase, or even just refer to a source, make sure you copy down all relevant sections accurately and in their entirety. The best way to do this is to save the document or page as an image or text file or to print it out. If that option isn't available to you, use this worksheet to make sure you have all of the information you need!
