Welcome to the School Librarianship subject guide!
There are a number of tabs on the left side of the page that will help you with your research. An interactive map of state requirements for school librarianship is here.
A good way to begin is by searching the library catalog for books, CDs, and DVD's. You can also browse the shelves (a.k.a. the stacks).
Another great way to start your research is by searching for journal articles. The databases listed on the Finding Articles tab of this guide will direct you towards a few "best bet databases" that are especially useful for the research you'll be doing in this class.
As always, if you need help, just ask a librarian!
