McDaniel College Archives is currently accepting materials related to the campus community's experiences with COVID-19. All submissions should comply with the Archives' Collection Policy guidelines. The Archives is accepting both physical and digital materials.
To contribute a digital file, please visit the online submission portal. We ask that all digital files comply to the following file formats:
- Text - pdf or docx
- Photographs - jpg or tiff
- Video - mp4 or mov
- Audio - mp3
To speed your submission process, please prepare a short description statement for each file submitted, including notes related to the location, event, dates (in YYYY-MM-DD format), and names of people included if known.
Multiple file submissions through the online portal are permitted. For donations of four files or less, attach each file as a separate submission in the spaces provided in the portal. For submission of 5+, please compress your files into a ZIP file before uploading or contact the Archivist at email@example.com.
Please note: Digital files over 100 mb cannot be submitted through the online portal. Please contact the Archivist to contribute files of this size or larger.
To contribute a physical item (such as a written journal or printed photograph) please contact the Archivist.
